Mrs. Wasana and all the staff were so kind and welcoming, always ready to help. Their hospitality made our one-night stay at Ella Heritage memorable. We also enjoyed the fresh, delicious breakfast buffet, with a nice variety. The location made it easy to visit nearby attractions while still feeling peaceful. Our room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, a simple and comfortable place to relax after a long day of travel. We really appreciated the care and service, and would happily recommend Ella Heritage to anyone visiting Ella. We’d love to stay again.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the manager went above and beyond when we wanted to extend our stay, making it easy for us to do so. Ella Heritage is a heavenly place, with amazing, helpful, friendly staff. It’s nicely tucked away from the busy main street, but just a short walk from bars and restaurants. We’ll be back! :)

I had a lovely view of Ella Rock, and the location was great, on level ground with easy access. There’s no lift, so I had to climb a few floors, but it was worth it. I arrived on Valentine’s Day and they’d thoughtfully decorated the room with balloons and a cake. The staff were extremely attentive, and breakfast was huge, with both local and Western options.

The hotel is in a prime spot, close to great cafés and Ella’s famous sights, including Little Adams Peak and Nine Arch Bridge. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even arranged complimentary decorations for us, which were superb. We loved our stay at Heritage Ella hotel.

The staff really stood out at Ella Heritage Hotel. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel has a calm, warm, authentic feel, making it a great place to unwind after exploring Ella. It’s close to everything in town but still peaceful. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views that made the mornings especially nice. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommend.
