The view is breathtaking and breakfast was amazing, with so many choices. I’m vegan and still had plenty to pick from. The rooms feel a bit dated, and we had some bugs and a couple of cold showers, but the staff were accommodating and friendly. I have type one diabetes, and although there wasn’t a room ready at first, they arranged one for me within five minutes.

The view was the only good part. Lunch at the buffet cost 300 per person for my family of three, but the roasted chicken smelled really bad and tasted disgusting. There were flies across the buffet area, and the desserts were bad too. I think the place needs a thorough PHI inspection. Really disappointing.

The view was amazing, but the hotel was a complete dive and the worst place I’ve stayed during my honeymoon. The toilet wouldn’t flush, there was no hot water, and three calls for help were ignored. Breakfast was dry and covered in flies, and we found three cockroaches in the bathroom. A giant fan drum on our balcony kept going off every 20 minutes, so we couldn’t sleep. At 1am, staff or other guests were shouting outside our room. When I told the manager, he said they’d discuss the feedback at the next managers meeting. What a joke. Great views don’t make up for awful service. Don’t stay here.

The room was nice, though we did have network issues. The manager and reception staff were welcoming and helpful, and the Sri Lankan buffet in the morning was very tasty. The hotel views were absolutely breathtaking.
