Ella Sisila View Mini-Hotel

The staff were lovely, and the food and drinks tasted excellent. The rooms are nice too, all in beautiful surroundings. A great place to visit.

We had a very bad stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and ticks and bedbugs left us bitten and scratching all over. Animals on the roof disturbed us in the middle of the night, making for a very uncomfortable night. It didn't feel safe for a child. Please don't go or waste your time and money.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and we found the rooms cozy and the food delicious. You get breathtaking views of the Nine Arch Bridge 🌉 all around you. It was an unforgettable stay, and the experience felt worth the reasonable price. Highly recommended! 🏞️🌿Ella Sisila Views Hotel 🌟🍃

We booked three rooms three months ahead, then cancelled one when fewer people could come. On arrival, the staff said we'd cancelled the whole reservation. When we showed our booking confirmation, they saw it was their mistake and said they didn't use Agoda, so hadn't known about the issue. Why list the place on a booking site they don't use? The reception lady called the manager, who asked what race we were. She answered “Indians,” though we aren't, and race had nothing to do with this. After the booking mix-up, we expected them to arrange a move to a better place. Instead, the manager told us to contact Agoda ourselves for a refund. We spent our time at a beautiful pool club trying to sort it out and feeling stressed, when we'd come to Ella to relax. Once we'd found another hotel ourselves, staff told us to “exit the room within 10 minutes” because other guests had arrived. Nobody helped carry our bags down the steep hill where the hotel is, and they just glared at us as if we'd caused the problem. They even expected us to arrange our own transport for the bags until we argued with the manager on the phone for the tenth time. After many years of staying in hotels, this was the worst experience any of us have had. We've never encountered staff so rude, racist and irresponsible. We wouldn't recommend staying here and will look into taking further action if possible.
