It’s wonderfully quiet here, with an almost jungle-like feel, though the main street is only a short walk away. You can also walk to 9 Arch Bridge and little Adam's Peak. The room was a decent size, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast filled us up. Our host was friendly. I’d happily stay here again.

We felt at home throughout our four nights here. The owner was lovely, knew the area well, and went out of their way to help. Breakfast each morning was incredible. The spot feels secluded, even though it’s very close to Ella’s main street. If you’re coming to Ella, I couldn’t recommend staying here more.

A lovely family runs this small homestay. It’s just off the main stretch, so it stays quiet, while restaurants, bars, and hiking start points are still nearby.

We had a nice room with a veranda, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The spot is peaceful but still close to the centre of busy Ella. Good value, recommended!

The owner was great to communicate with, answered all our questions, and suggested alternative trips when the weather turned bad. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. The house is only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and restaurants. I highly recommend Green Lantern!
