For a low-cost hotel, this is a brilliant choice. The rooms are a bit tired, but clean and comfortable. Everyone was polite and friendly, and the welcome from the moment we arrived was awesome. We only ate there once, but the food was really tasty.

The balcony room overlooking the pool was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is well located for Ella town. The ground-floor eating area wasn’t good, though. Breakfast service was very poor, and getting any Wi-Fi to work was nearly impossible.

There are plenty of shops within walking distance for whatever you need. We were only there overnight. Writing this while having breakfast in 02. The room wasn’t fancy, just somewhere to sleep and shower.

The setting was quiet and beautiful, with wildlife around, and still handy for the town center. We had a really relaxing stay in this lovely hotel. The service was superb, and the staff were so helpful and generous with tourist information. Thank you.

Breakfast on the balcony while watching sunrise was a highlight, absolutely magical. We also loved the comfy beds and the beautifully designed interiors. Our room was spotless and modern, with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Hotel O2 Ella exceeded our expectations, and its location makes it easy to walk into Ella town while still feeling peaceful and quiet.
