The Sri Lankan breakfast was excellent. Sitha’s Heaven is a lovely place to stay, with spotless, well-equipped rooms and a friendly host who's always ready to help. There's a cozy indoor common area with a winter-garden feel where you can meet other guests, plus a terrace for sunny, rain-free days. A kettle and a fridge are available in the shared space, so you can make your own tea whenever you like. Don't let the short walk from Ella's town center put you off. It takes only a few minutes and gives you a peaceful place away from the noisy bars.

The rooms were spotless, and I loved the clean feel and incense scent. We stayed with our child and baby, and Sachin was warm and courteous throughout. Sita’s heaven is lovely and clearly well cared for. Highly recommended.

The view of Ella Gap was decent, and the apartment had plenty of space, but our two-night stay on the top floor was a poor experience. There was no hot water, and the cold water barely trickled, so it wasn't enough for a shower or wash. The apartment could have been cleaner. We got one fan, with a plug that wouldn't fit the sockets, and nobody asked about breakfast or offered tea or coffee. At nearly USD 90 a night for a place sleeping five, it was absolutely not worth the price. We found better, more functional places for less. The old reviews on various sites don't reflect the current condition or service, and I would avoid this place. I was disappointed by the owner's reply, which made false accusations instead of addressing the facts. A review is our personal opinion of the stay, shared so others can make an informed choice. In any case, we wish you the best. Our paths are unlikely to cross again.

The view from Sithas Heaven in Ela was so peaceful, and the place was clean. Sachin hosted us with real warmth and took care of all the little details. Our stay was absolutely perfect, definitely worth trying.

The restaurant they built serves great food, and breakfast was amazing. We had lovely hosts while spending time in Ella. The rooms were clean, and the spot is quiet while still close to the center. Thank you for having us 🙏.
