The view over Ela was great, but our vacation stay was the worst experience. Some guests partied in their room with a gettoblaster until midnight, and the bass made our window glass rattle. The site manager didn't step in, and all the non-local tourists were very irritated. Breakfast was basic but okay. The coffee was terrible, though that's normal here.

The restaurant has a tasty menu with plenty of choices, and the staff are always ready to help with a smile. Our room was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel has a comfortable, welcoming feel, and we had a truly enjoyable stay.

Our family room was roomy and functional, though simply furnished. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast was simple, with fruit and omelets. Just outside town, the hotel feels peaceful and has a fantastic view. You can walk into town or take a tuk-tuk, and there are lovely cafés, bars, and souvenir shops there. I'd highly recommend hiking to Ella Rock. It takes about 3-4 hours and the scenery is amazing. A great place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

We had an amazing stay at Sky Green Ella, with a breathtaking balcony view of the waterfall and railway bridge. Breakfast was healthy, and the staff were friendly, smiling, and honest. We only realized our daughter had lost an earring after checking out, when we were almost halfway through our trip. Our guide called the hotel, and Sky Green staff called us back within two minutes to say they'd found it in the room. Such sincere people, which feels rare these days. Thank you.

The room was spacious but not very well equipped, and breakfast wasn't a buffet. I was given an omelet and one slice of bread. The hotel's location is good, about a five-minute tuk-tuk ride from the center of Ella, and the balcony view is amazing. Those were the only positives.
