It’s a calm place, away from the noise of town, but still close enough to get there in about 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful with every request. The service felt personal, and no one made asking for assistance seem like a problem.

We needed a peaceful getaway, and Leijay had just the right atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was a refreshing little oasis. It really felt like a dream stay.

The restaurant was inexpensive and the food was good. The pool was nice, and both the room and the setting felt cosy. Staff were professional and could help with all sorts of things. We did find three cockroaches, a frog, and lots of ants in our room, but the staff were helpful in getting rid of them.

We had plenty of room to enjoy the pool, and the price was reasonable. The place is well maintained and has few distractions, set away from town where there’s less vehicle noise. The service felt like visiting a relative’s home.

A great spot for a Galle retreat. The setting is peaceful and the pool is great. Prices are lower since it isn’t in a beach area, and the staff are very friendly and attentive.
