Light House View Inn

It costs a bit more than most places, but I thought it was worth it. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the facilities are great, and the service is friendly. The location’s excellent too, with just a short stroll to winding streets full of restaurants and shops.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and neat. It’s a lovely place to stay with a view of the lighthouse, close to numerous World Heritage sites. I’ll surely visit again.

For the budget price, the villa had everything we needed: full furnishings, TV, sofa, AC, hot water, tea and coffee, and cooking facilities. The owners were nice, and free parking was included too. What more could you ask for at that price? Keep up the hard work.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds, a fan, air conditioning, hot water, and a fridge shared between guests. My favourite spot was the balcony, which looks directly onto Galle lighthouse. It gave me so many cosy mornings and evenings. The place is very central to Galle Fort, but quiet enough if you want to relax. The friendly family running it looked after our needs, and the host had lots of good suggestions for things to do and places to eat. They were also very helpful when we needed to book transport and activities. Highly recommend.
