The house itself and its interior design are very nice, but that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor basics. The villa hadn’t been cleaned properly before we arrived, and the cleanliness was very bad. The pool also looked dirty and wasn’t maintained well enough to use. We had no proper water supply and had to get water from the neighbours, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. The power supply was also unreliable during our stay. Service was extremely poor and nowhere near the standard it should be. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve the service and maintenance.

The villa was in terrible shape, and the pool couldn’t be used because its filtration system wasn’t working at all. We also had serious electricity problems, with no proper maintenance or quick response to fix them. It wasn’t worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they make major improvements.

The villa looked neat and beautiful, but the lack of water and electricity made the stay very uncomfortable. At night, the fan and light didn’t work, so it became unbearably hot. Most of all, the pool filter wasn’t working. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were very helpful and quick to respond. This newly renovated hotel has nice rooms and a big pool.

Alisher took great care of us, and the villa was a lovely place for a family break. The rooms felt roomy, the ceilings were high, and the pool was cleaned every day.
