Last Sunday night was a horrible experience. The atmosphere was poor, there were cockroaches, and the service was low quality. There’s no vehicle parking, so you have to leave your car on the street at your own risk. No parking, no welcome, no TV, no hot water, and no water pressure in the taps. There was no food or bed tea facility, and no privacy. They still charge a high rate of 30000/= per night for 2 rooms.

The beach access was very dangerous, and when we arrived there was a construction site downstairs, with no restaurant or food available. Breakfast, a restaurant, and beach access had all been promised. They said they would refund us for the inconvenience, but a month later we still hadn’t received anything. The worst experience.

The beach view and access were nice, and the room looked pretty. There weren’t many staff around, and the place is quite small. We didn’t even have toilet paper. For the price, though, it was mostly good value. I think the beach here is a little rougher than at unawatana, which obviously isn’t villa surf beach’s fault.

There are good views, but construction is going on, with hammer drilling all day. I wouldn’t stay here until it’s finished unless you’re fine with that noise. Also, there were ants in the toilet.

The beach view was lovely, and there are surfing lessons nearby. Everyone was so nice during my stay. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’ll definitely come back. Thanks to Samith and Nil for looking after me.
