Beautiful bungalows and a nice atmosphere in a guarded area, with a great swimming pool. The manager is helpful if you ask, and the massage man does a great job. You get 20 minutes free. The restaurant is too expensive, though, and delicious local food is available for a fraction of the price. All in all, a place I'd recommend.

As soon as we arrived, I wanted to cancel, so I did. There are 10 houses, and the photos gave no indication that we'd be staying in a worn-out, empty place that looked nothing like them. We left straight away and cancelled the booking. It feels like a scam.

Neil, Lalit and Pradeep were especially accommodating, and the food and hospitality were excellent. My stay was comfortable, but the resort needs an urgent upgrade. The grass and undergrowth were overgrown in several spots. Our toilets had clogged outlets and stayed uncleaned for all three nights. The entrance looked like an ordinary compound, and although villas were available, I was put near the entrance with hardly any view instead of around the pool. It made me wonder whether exchange holiday guests are treated differently.

A beautiful experience, with great accommodation and such friendly, helpful staff. It costs a bit more, but I felt it was worth every penny.

We love how private Tisara Villas feels and its relaxed way of living.
