Sumali and the other staff were so sweet and welcoming. We learned a lot about life in Sri Lanka and were even invited to her husband's birthday party. Sumali took care of meals and also arranged rides and trips for us. She was thoughtful about everything we needed, including utensils for cooking, and even shared curry leaves from her own garden. We stayed in the new downstairs Treehouse room, which was wonderful. It had a kitchen stocked with what we needed to cook, great for our dietary restrictions, and a spacious bathroom. With the curtains open, we looked out over a beautiful paddy field with peacocks, birds, cows, and more. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing, with so many typical Sri Lankan dishes, every one of them blew us away. It was a very relaxing place, and we highly recommend it.

The nature around the hotel was beautiful, especially the peacocks. Hearing them in the morning was such a unique experience, and seeing other animals in their natural surroundings made the stay unforgettable. Everything was clean and comfortable. A special thank you to 'SUMALI ' for her warm hospitality and kind smile. She was friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The sunrise and sunset across the paddy field were beautiful, and Moragaswewa Lake is an amazing walk about 10 minutes away. We stayed two nights as a family in the new, clean upper attic room. The half-open bathroom was fine, the AC worked well, and the setting felt safe. Keep the doors shut at night because of insects. Sumali and the staff were considerate and helpful. Breakfast was simple and tasty, with strings, pol roti, helapa, and more.

The Ayurveda treatments felt refreshing and unique, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. This villa is peaceful, with a view that really lets you relax. I had an amazing stay, everything was perfect and beyond what I expected. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a restful, memorable stay.
