The food was good, and our waiter was polite and genuinely helpful. The rest of the stay was disappointing. We booked three rooms through the manager and arrived around 5 p.m., but he didn’t answer our calls. Staff had only been told about two rooms, so two weren’t ready and we waited about 45 minutes. There were small bugs and mosquitoes all over the hallway, the pool hadn’t been cleaned, and the thin wooden walls let us hear someone snoring in the next room. At checkout, when we brought this up, the manager argued that we should have mentioned everything at check-in instead of acknowledging the poor handling. It was a nice-looking place, but badly maintained and managed, and a poor experience.

We expected a place that was mainly good for taking photos, but it turned out to feel really open and free once we arrived. It was the best day out we’ve ever had, and the service was great. You should go see it too.

The food was the one good part, and the waiter in the restaurant did his best to provide good service. The rooms were dirty and full of bugs, and the bathrooms didn’t even have proper soap. Management was among the worst I’ve experienced, and it wasn’t worth the money. I’d never recommend bringing your kids here.

The service was excellent, and this worked well as a budget stay. We had a nice visit a while back. The pool was nice, the rooms were clean, though they could have been cleaner, and the washrooms were not bad. The food was average.
