Parking wasn't properly arranged, and the customer service was poor.

We found the prices reasonable and the staff treated guests well. We were in Hatton to explore the suburb and mostly just needed a place to sleep, have dinner, and take hot showers, which was comfortable enough. Dinner was pretty good, with a generous chicken fried rice portion. The tea was nice, but I wanted more sugar and they wouldn’t give extra, so it’s best to say how sweet you want it when ordering. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. I saw brown marks between the white tiles, and the hot and cold mixer was faulty, making it hard to get the temperature right.
