Happy Valley Residence Unawatuna

Our room was large and clean, and the breakfast was really tasty. The host's service was amazing. We had a perfect stay at this wonderful homestay and would recommend it to everyone.

We were close to Sri Yoga Shala, a beautiful oasis with a pool and daily yoga sessions. Our hosts were very friendly, flexible and accommodating. The rooms were huge and super clean, and a big breakfast was included. Such a lovely homestay.

We stayed at Happy Valley residence for over a month while in Sri Lanka, and the family made us feel at home. Ashan was always available whenever we had a question. The area is quiet and close to the beach, which suited a long stay well. We could also use the guest kitchen. The recently renovated house has spacious, clean rooms, and breakfast comes with a wide range of local dishes. A great homestay, and I’ll come back on my next visit to the country.

They had a scooter ready for me as soon as I arrived. The homemade mango chutney and mango marmalade were the best parts of a big, tasty breakfast. It’s a family hotel with a lovely spacious room and an even nicer bathroom. The staff were very kind and helpful. I can only recommend it.
