The rooms are clean and comfortable, each with its own clean bathroom equipped with what you need. Royal Beach Villa sits in a cozy spot, with a pleasant view of the garden and surrounding area from the balcony. One of Sri Lanka's most beautiful ocean beaches is only a few minutes away. The owners are friendly and kind, and helped us sort out all our travel problems. We were so satisfied that we're going back to them this year. I recommend it to fellow travelers.

The room was clean and good, the food was great, and the service very friendly. We were right on the beach with the stilt fishermen. All in all, we had a great holiday and would definitely stay here again if we return to Sri Lanka.

The ocean and turtle beach are right across the street. What more could you want? 🙏🏻❤️ Thank you, Indika, for the warm welcome. This is my second year in a row staying at this house. We finally have air conditioning in every room. That was the only downside in 2024, and now it's a comfortable, fully functional home. There's a railway behind the house. The train is noisy when it passes, but it's over quickly.

A great villa for a family holiday, with spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and everything we needed. It's conveniently located near several beaches and plenty of cafes. The owners are a lovely, friendly, accommodating family. My daughter became friends with their children, who welcomed her over, shared treats, played with her, and gave her gifts. We had a wonderful stay and were happy with our choice.
