Aradana River Park

The owner was friendly and supportive while we were planning our wedding function. They have a banquet hall as well as an outdoor event space, in a beautiful spot on the riverbank, and the service was friendly.

The food was just okay, nothing special. I recently attended a wedding here, and the location was lovely, especially the lake view.

The wedding hall was spacious, nicely set up, and had a pleasant environment. The location is good as well, with a lake view. But I booked a room while attending a function at River Park Hotel, and the experience was very disappointing. I had to call several times just to confirm the booking, and even though the hotel wasn't busy, getting the room ready took a long time. When I finally got in, the bathroom was in terrible shape. The commode was dirty and smelled bad, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned. Worst of all, black ants fell into the water when I flushed. It was an uncomfortable, helpless situation. The rooms' hygiene and cleanliness were extremely poor, and customer care needs major improvement. Be aware of these problems if you book here.

Mr. Ravi gave us his full support and took care of everything. He's an experienced, confident manager. Miss Hiruni was also there for us throughout, and we want to thank them both. When we first considered having a wedding, we didn't know where to begin. We moved ahead with plenty of uncertainty, but chose this place because it felt trustworthy. In the end, the service was perfect, and everyone at the function said things had gone flawlessly. From the garden staff to top management, thank you all for making our special day so beautiful.
