Mishel made a stressful situation much easier when our flight was cancelled. He arranged a transfer, an extra night and all the practical details, so we could carry on enjoying our holiday instead of worrying. The whole team was welcoming, always smiling, and clearly cared about their guests. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere and the tasty, generous breakfasts. Our room was comfortable and clean, the pool was nice, and the beach was only a short walk away. The Chariot Hikkaduwa was one of our favourite places in Sri Lanka, and we’d happily recommend it for a short or longer stay. A huge thank you to Mishel for all his help.

The staff were warm and helpful every time we dealt with them, from check-in through check-out. Everything ran smoothly, and they made us feel looked after. The Assistant Manager deserves a special mention for leading the team with such care and professionalism. Our room was spacious, spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The calm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the little details in the room were lovely. The Chariot Hikkaduwa exceeded my expectations for both comfort and service. I’d gladly recommend it and hope to return.

Mishel really helped us when our flight was cancelled at short notice. He sorted out transport, another night at the hotel and the practical details, so we could keep calm. Everyone on the team was kind and made our comfort feel like a priority. The place has a peaceful, relaxing feel, and breakfast was good and filling. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, the pool area was great, and the beach was just a few minutes away on foot. We had a fantastic stay at The Chariot Hikkaduwa and would happily come back. We’re very grateful to Mishel for his support when our plans fell apart.

Mr. Mishel was a great help from the moment we made our last-minute booking. He arranged everything smoothly, and we were able to check in at the time we requested without any trouble. Thanks to him and the staff for being so welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. The pool was well kept and a lovely place to relax. The beach was easy to reach on foot, too. Our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Chariot, Hikkaduwa is a lovely property, and Mr. Mishel's ongoing help made our visit even more enjoyable.

We stopped here for lunch on the way from Matara to Colombo. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. We didn’t stay overnight, but were told it has 15 rooms, including two suites. The staff were friendly, and the pool is right beside the restaurant and bar counter. The beach is easy to get to. Seems well suited to families or groups.
