Villa Mihindi

The location is excellent: quiet, close to the beach, and surrounded by lots of places to eat and drink. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed, even wine glasses and a grater. Despite the country’s gas shortage during the crisis, the owner supplied gas. There’s a restaurant belonging to the hotel not far away, with tasty food and drinks. The owner was always reachable and helped us with everything. He took us to a farm where we bought seafood at very good prices. There really was a difference compared with the market. The room had air conditioning and two fans, and the shower always had hot water. The fridge and washing machine worked perfectly, and the locker could be locked. There’s also a terrace shaded by a bamboo curtain, which kept it cool in the heat.
