Breakfast was tasty and served à la carte, and we enjoyed the lunch and dinner choices too. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Roman Beach Hotel was a peaceful, charming spot by the ocean, with the pool area just steps from the beach and sun loungers where we could listen to the waves. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony and a stunning sea view. The beachfront location is perfect, right on Hikkaduwa's main street and close to everything. We had a lovely stay.

The curry dinner was delicious, and breakfast came in a very generous serving. It was peaceful, right on the beach, and we'd definitely stay again when we're in Sri Lanka. Our room was clean and spacious, with a super comfy bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a stunning balcony view. The staff were kind, helpful, considerate, and always smiling. Sugadh did a great job keeping the garden and pool clean, and he's very friendly. Such a beautiful stay.

We really appreciated the care and hospitality from everyone at Roman Beach Hikkaduwa. Sugath gave us outstanding service, the chef made amazing food, and the staff kindly brought our meals to the room. The cuisine was absolutely delicious, the service exceptional, and the whole experience felt special. Many thanks to the team.

We loved the pool area beside the beach, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a secluded, peaceful boutique hotel, but still close to plenty of great restaurants and activities. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay with everything nearby.

The building is a little old, but I think that gives it some charm. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was incredible. It's a bit more expensive, but I loved the stay and left feeling very relaxed. The hotel is beautiful, with a perfect view and a fantastic location.
