The noise from the bar downstairs kept waking me, and all three nights were seriously disrupted. The location wasn't ideal for a relaxing stay because the activity there was loud and constant. Staff seemed almost annoyed we were there, and didn't make us feel welcome. The whole place felt dull, with little effort to make the stay enjoyable. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, enjoyable visit.

I really liked being right on the beach, with those amazing views and the soothing sound of the sea. It’s easy to swim, and the room was spacious and smelled lovely. There was a kettle in the room so I could make tea or coffee, which mattered to me as I live in Ireland, ha. The staff were very friendly too, and it made for a really nice stay.

The room was beautiful and clean, but the ocean view wasn't really there, even though I was assured online when booking that it would be. The shower didn't work properly, and the bar downstairs was pretty noisy. For the price, my high expectations weren't met. Disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it at that price.

Oli, the manager, is the best at what she does, and the staff are amazing. It felt like a home away from home. By far the best hotel in Hikkaduwa. Don't think twice, start your Sri Lanka vacation here. Trust me, you'll come back. Love you guys, Julia

The bar plays VERY loud music all night, and the hotel staff do nothing to warn guests about it. If you're after somewhere calm and relaxing, don't stay here.
