The location is a little far out, but the price is reasonable, the air conditioning works well, and the owners are friendly. You can rent a motorbike or bicycle at the property too. I think it's a decent option.

The owner doesn't seem to care. The hotel is on a small side street up the hill on the left, not on Panvila Road.

The owner made our first day easy, explaining how things work in Sri Lanka and even arranging a driver for us. The hotel itself is great and convenient, though it is a little far out if that bothers you.
