Relax Inn Hikkaduwa

The pool area was great, with plenty of shade and comfy chairs. Our room was a little basic, but everything worked fine, including the AC and refrigerator. The owners were helpful, and it was only a few minutes' walk from the center. We booked a standard room but I suppose were given an economy room by mistake. It's a nice boho place, and we were completely "relaxed inn" 😄

Clean place, good prices, and friendly staff. All the rooms have AC, a mini fridge, and heated water. You can use the kitchen and cook your own food, and the upstairs gym and lounge area are a really cool place to hang out.

Everything was as promised, and it was a really great experience. The staff were friendly and kind, and the spacious rooms were clean and had AC. There's a kitchen with a gas cooker and a refrigerator. Great place to stay, and I hope to go again.

The AC is noisy. Wi-Fi is good by Sri Lankan standards, but only on the top floor, where the sole router is. On the second floor, at least, the signal is poor and devices disconnect every minute or so. Ask for a top-floor room, though those rooms are worse for the same price.
