The pool was great, room service was good, and the beach was just five minutes away. All the rooms have both AC and fans. I was pleased with the hotel, though laundry cost a bit much and the food choices were limited.

For the price, there are better places. Room 106 was only okay, and the two single beds pushed together kept drifting apart. We left after the first night. The location itself isn't bad, but the place could use fresh paint. One of the two gentlemen managing it was very friendly and polite; the other made every request seem like a huge task. The AC also only worked at full power and couldn't be adjusted.

A quiet spot near Hikkaduwa's main street and railway station, with a well-kept hotel and good amenities. The pool was lovely, and the room was clean with AC and a good shower. Breakfast was good too.

Our reservation was confirmed and prepaid, but the hotel had double-booked us and didn't help us find another place. It may be a nice hotel, but the way they handled this was a very bad experience, so I can't rate it higher.

A nice, clean hotel for a short visit. Management weren't very helpful, but Nilan, their one Booking guy, made up for it with his kindness, warm hospitality, and great service.
