The caretaker was friendly and helpful, and the price is very affordable. It’s easy to get to Rio Ice Cream, Nallur Kovil, and town. We stayed three days over a weekend. The rooms are decent and have AC, with hot water in the bathrooms, but both the rooms and bathrooms could be cleaner and better maintained. With improvements to cleanliness and upkeep, this could be a great place to stay.

The area is quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes from town, and Fun Ride car hires are available during your stay. The house is well maintained, with three air-conditioned rooms and attached toilets, a big dining hall, a cozy living room with TV, and verandas at the front and back. There’s also a spacious garden with four mango trees and other plants. The caretaker has a puppy, a cat, two parrots, and a fish tank. A lovely holiday home for spending time in Sri Lanka.

We loved it 🥰🥰🥰🥰. The house was well maintained, with three AC rooms, and made a fabulous spot for a family gathering. Kavinath, the coordinator, and the caretaker were very hospitable. The location was pretty good, with easy access to the station, Nallur Kovil, Rio Ice Cream, and more.

It’s a furnished house for rent with a caretaker, and it gives visitors a homely feel. It’s also close to Jaffna town.

Cozy and comfortable, with great people. The caretaker can arrange breakfast if you ask. It’s close to the city centre, food outlets, and Jafna fort.
