Nandawanam Guest House

The venue was pleasant, with flowers and plants around it. I was there for a wedding, and it was my first Tamil wedding. Guests could eat before the couple, unlike at Sinhalese weddings, and soda was served. There was loud music and a long photo session, as is common. The food was okay, though other places have served better.

That outdoor dining area has a nice atmosphere, and the waiter was friendly and professional. We ate lunch there and went back for two dinners. The portions were generous, and the food was consistently excellent, with authentic flavors. The veg curry and rice changed each time and was always delicious. If you get the leek curry, you won't forget it. I'd return while staying in Passikudah.

We had a reception event here during our weekend stay. The property is full of greenery and very beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. The staff were polite and helpful, and the food was amazing. They also adjusted it to our requests. We had a great stay and will definitely visit again.

The dining room is spacious and well kept, and lunch tasted good for the price. Service was excellent. The setting is quiet and peaceful, a few kilometers from Pasikudah Beach. Recommended.
