The sunset view was amazing, and the beach is across the road. It was calm and quiet, though swimming could be dangerous. The place is about 1.5 km from Pasikudah beach. We only found it because nearby hotels were fully booked, and we changed our plans to leave as early as possible. We were basically just staying there. The rooms were very small, and there were lots of flies. After a lot of discussion, staff got us another room in the same condition, but at least that one had no flies. The bathrooms have exposed plumbing and no proper wastewater system. Water flows out behind the rooms into an open area, so the flies are inevitable. The light at our room entrance was out and wasn't replaced after I reported it. There was nowhere to sit inside, so we ate our snacks outside in the dark and used our phone lights when needed. That part wasn't so bad. The staff couldn't sort things out well, although the front desk officer did arrange the early morning tea we requested before leaving. The menu is limited and you need to order ahead. We ordered breakfast, then cancelled because we decided to leave early. You can manage the basic facilities, but the standards are poor and it's not a place to enjoy a stay.

It's quiet and cozy, with good service and clean, nicely arranged rooms. They can provide extra mattresses if needed, and the prices are reasonable. The beach is only 20-30 meters away, so you get a great evening view.

The staff were friendly and gave good service, and there was plenty of parking right in front of the rooms. It's a quiet place close to both Kalkudah beach and Pasikuda beach, with some nice sea views. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and the washrooms are small with basic facilities. I did find a few cockroaches in the washroom, but it didn't bother me much.

The staff are friendly and the service is excellent, with plenty of parking inside the property. It's a great location, just a few yards from the sea and about 2.5 km from Passikuda. We found plenty of rooms available, each with an attached toilet, so you could book through Booking.com or visit after arriving. The family rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and have excellent linen. There's no pool or TV in the rooms, but otherwise it's excellent.

The menu is limited, but the beach nearby makes this a great spot. It's only a few minutes away on foot, and it's so quiet and meditative that all you hear is the waves. A lovely place for sunrise or a relaxed walk along the shore in the morning. The price is mid-range and the facilities are good.
