After the tour, we unwound by the beach with fresh coconut water, a perfect end to the day. We set off early and saw hundreds of spinner dolphins swimming alongside the boat. The guides knew a lot about marine life and were respectful of the environment, which I really appreciated. The team at Dolphin Wadiya in Kalpitiya were friendly and professional, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. An amazing dolphin watching trip, highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kalpitiya!

Their experienced, knowledgeable boat crew made the whale watching trip safe and unforgettable. They also shared useful information about whales, dolphins, the lagoon, and the sea, which added a lot to the journey. We had an incredible time and highly recommend their service.

Mr. Raju, the manager, looked after us from the start and took care of all our needs. Our group of 10 had five tents, so there was plenty of room, and he even checked on us at night. The camping spot is great if you want to feel safe, and you can enjoy both the dry zone forest (scrub forest) and the beach. They provide three good meals a day and everything needed for a proper BBQ. You can buy chicken, fish, or seafood in the nearby town, and they'll marinate it for you. The toilets were fairly clean and usable, though better flushing systems would help. Freshwater for showers was limited and not enough for all 10 of us, but once we mentioned it, Mr. Raju arranged more within a few hours. Overall, a 9/10 experience!

We took the dolphin watching boat trip and went snorkelling, and it was fantastic. Raju was such a nice, accommodating guide, and his efforts to find the dolphins were commendable. We saw hundreds of dolphins, plus two whale sharks!
