Hosanna Kite Beach Resort

The beachfront setting at Hosanna Kite Beach Resort is beautiful, with lovely views and a really relaxing atmosphere. We had excellent food and accommodation, and the hospitality was top-notch. A great place to unwind and enjoy Kalpitiya. I had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hidden gem. Can't wait to come back!

I was there on a business visit, and it didn't feel like a good choice for a family holiday. The rooms were very small, and the service, food and general cleanliness all need a lot of improvement. We even saw stray dogs in the dining area. They could offer much more for the price. I heard some foreign guests liked it, and maybe the beach makes it a good place for surfing.

The owner was friendly, and the place itself is clean and nice, though the beach isn't private, as the owner explained. My room was too small and the bathroom wasn't clean. Food quality was poor for prices on par with a Mount Lavinia hotel. There's a lot that could be improved.

Very disappointing stay. The hospitality was poor, and the room was smelly, ugly, dirty and not cleaned. The rooms had lots of flies and mosquitoes, and the washrooms were filthy, with unsafe door locks. Food prices were very high. They don't know how to satisfy customers. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
