The family made us feel welcome from the start, and they even helped arrange transport or a taxi whenever we needed it. Their breakfast was delicious, too. This was our favorite villa in Sri Lanka: cozy, modern, clean, and surrounded by beautiful views. We were happy with everything and only wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely recommend it to friends.

We got great advice from Oshan and his family about things to do in Kandy and elsewhere in Sri Lanka, and they arranged a really good tuk tuk driver for us. They were lovely, helpful hosts. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, with a stunning view from the large balcony. Breakfast was great, too. One of the best places we stayed during our trip.

It’s a quiet spot where you can properly relax, with a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and a nice breeze coming onto the balcony. The views over the thick forest are stunning. Oshan and his family were thoughtful, welcoming hosts, and both breakfast, which had lots of variety, and the dinner we had one night were excellent. A tuk tuk into town costs ₹500, and Oshan can help find drivers. Highly recommend.

We only managed three nights because our plans meant heading back to colombo, and we were sorry we couldn’t stay longer. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a great bathroom, hot water, and good pressure. Breakfast was outstanding. Oshan and his family were the kindest hosts we met during our month in Sri Lanka. They were supportive, lovely to talk with, and helped us learn more about sri lankan culture. If you’re going to Kandy, this place is absolutely great.
