This was my second stay at Hotel Lans, after the 2017 Bradby Shield Kandy Leg. I first stayed there in 2016, and the welcome was even warmer this time, with the same great service as usual. The place isn’t like a 5 star hotel, but the service is definitely among the best I’ve received. I’ve spoken with the owner but never met them, and they’ve been supportive and understanding. The housekeeper and manager are both friendly, attentive, and helpful. It’s a nice, homely hideout. Keep it up!

Breakfast and dinner weren't properly arranged, and they didn't have spare bed sheets either. The place felt remote, dull, and badly maintained, nowhere near what I'd expect from a star hotel. The host was the worst part, and the manager was very irresponsible. They only acted like they wanted to help. A terrible experience, and I found them disgusting.

We had a lovely dinner, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. This little place is tucked away somewhere quiet and peaceful, and the owner was kind and helpful. Service was excellent, everything was beyond satisfactory, and it was great value for money. Hope we can come back soon.
