We stayed for two nights in the last week of February 26, arranged through our tour operator, and it was a bad experience. The hilltop location has difficult road access. There's no lift, which is a real inconvenience for older people and for anyone checking in after a long day of travel. The property seems old and poorly maintained. The rooms are sparsely furnished, with two single beds pushed together and assigned as a double. The blankets were very cheap and came without covers, which felt unhygienic. Bathrooms were cramped and dim, and the TV didn't work. Restaurant food was average, while service at the front desk, in the rooms, and at the restaurant was casual and laid back. It could be a great location, but this hotel is a poor choice.

The drive up the narrow roads takes a while, but the countryside views make it worth it. Once there, we found the rooms roomy and clean, the staff warm and helpful, and the food fresh and tasty when we ate at the hotel.

Dinner was an international buffet when we visited, and we enjoyed the food. The restaurant staff took good care of us, while the saxophone player kept the evening entertaining. The rooms and hotel were good too.

It was quiet throughout the hotel, and our room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of food options and liked what we ate. The one inconvenience was having to go to their sister hotel for dinner. Aside from that, all was good, and I'd come back.

The hilltop setting was lovely, away from the city's bustle, and the food had a pleasant taste with plenty to choose from. A few things felt odd, though: the hotel didn't have much ambience, and the plastic shower curtain in the bath was strange and difficult to get out of.
