The bedrooms facing the windows are so loud that I couldn't sleep without earplugs, with buses sounding right outside. The top floor has only a basic grate between it and the street, no door, so road dust blows in. The whole house felt hot, stuffy, and dirty, even the dishes and cutlery. Water pressure was only around 20-30% of what it could be. The sheets were worn and had someone else's hair on them. Those 5.0 ratings with no written reviews seem like they may have come from the owners. The villa needs a thorough clean.
