Queens Mount gave us a peaceful stay away from the busy city center, with a beautiful view of Kandy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the service was better than we expected. A lovely place to relax and enjoy Kandy. Highly recommend it.

A very good place to stay, in a convenient Kandy location. The room was clean and maintained well, with good AC, tea and coffee facilities, hot water, and good WiFi coverage. Dalada Maligawa is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is the only meal they provide, but there are great food options around the hotel. Staff were friendly and got things done, though nobody was at reception all the time, so we had to find them when we needed something. Parking is roadside and somewhat limited. The room price was very reasonable, and I can recommend the place.

Everything was superb at Queens Mount Kandy, from the clean surroundings to the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help. Kanishka and Viraj deserve a special mention for their kindness and outstanding service. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

The price felt fair, and the lake was close enough to reach on foot. We also found the rooms very clean, with a lovely balcony, and the staff were welcoming and happy to help with what we needed. We enjoyed our stay at the Queens Mount in Kandy.

The sheets were dirty, the rooms were tiny, and noise from the main road made it hard to stay there. Customer service was highly unsatisfying. They seemed focused on payment without providing good service or facilities. This was the worst place and experience I've had, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
