The service was awful, and the place wasn't worth the money. I asked for a bottle of water, but it never arrived before checkout. They took our A/C remote to another room and said the room boy would bring it back quickly. We never got it, so we couldn't turn the cooling down at night. The service was worse than anything, definitely not recommended.

Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Seven Kandy Hills is peaceful while still close to Kandy’s main attractions. Our room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the hills. We loved staying here, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area's natural beauty. Highly recommended!

I paid Rs. 2000 upfront for a booking, then had to cancel that same day. At first the staff agreed to refund me and said they’d send the slip, but later they refused and stopped answering my calls. When I asked why, they were rude and unprofessional, and even hung up on me. Extremely poor service and no respect for customers. I found the management dishonest. Avoid this place, I don't recommend it to anyone. 👎👎👎

The hotel was very unclean. They hadn’t even cleaned the toilet properly, and the hot water system was leaking. The staff were no better. We deeply regret choosing this hotel. 😡😡

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. The staff don't know how to speak to or treat customers, and I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Its location also felt inconvenient for getting to town and seemed unsafe. Please think twice before going. 🙌
