The view is fantastic, and we had a balcony of our own. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had hot showers. Everyone was kind and helpful. Such a beautiful place, we'd come back.

Breakfast was a nightmare during our two-night stay. There were no vegetarian choices, and ants were in one or two of the items they served. Room service was pathetic, too. Nobody was at reception, and calls asking for service went unanswered. We had no toiletries in the room; after asking for towels and toiletries, they arrived 6-7 hours later. To them, toiletries meant just soap and shampoo. At checkout no one helped with the luggage, so we carried it down from the second floor ourselves. I wouldn't book this hotel if you want to enjoy your trip.

Starry boutique kandy is the best hotel I've stayed at. The atmosphere was lovely, the rooms spacious, and the place clean and hygienic. Staff were courteous, the range was good, and we enjoyed our stay. A wonderful experience and ambience. Highly recommend. ♥️

The location made getting into Kandy town easy, just a few minutes away. At Starry Boutique, the room felt cozy and was clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything had a warm, welcoming feel. I had a great stay and would recommend it to people visiting Kandy.
