The restaurant here serves really good food, and the price was very reasonable. I found the location especially handy, right in the middle of town and an easy walk to the bus station, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower pressure was strong. The whole staff were attentive and helpful. Manager Pradeep introduced himself and kept checking in with guests to see if anything was wrong. I stayed two nights, had a great time, and would come back.

Shehan at the Front Office gave me a warm welcome and was especially helpful, so I want to thank him for that. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. Kandy City Hotel is also in a really convenient spot for getting to many of Kandy's attractions. I had a very pleasant visit.

The only real drawback was the buses outside, which made some noise. We were told that stop is temporary while a new terminal is being built, so hopefully it'll get better later. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and very clean, and the location was great. A pleasant stay.

Mr. Rashmika took such good care of my family, and the food was nice too. The rooms are a little small, but I had no complaints. It's right in the heart of Candy City, and we had a great experience overall.
