The Heritage Inn

The Heritage Inn is a little outside the main city, which gives it a peaceful feel and lovely mountain views. The rooms were clean, and the house and shared spaces are beautifully designed. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. When I became unwell, they helped me get the medication I needed, and I'm very grateful for their care. I had a really pleasant stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kandy. I'll be back to see them again soon.

The person looking after service was polite and helpful, and the owners keep the villa in good condition inside and out. My room was very clean, and the stay felt comfortable and homely. I'd recommend it for any respectable party.

The owner, a doctor, was very hospitable and there whenever I needed anything. They even let us check in around 8 in the morning, which was a big help since we'd arrived so early and didn't want to wait. The service was exceptional. I've stayed at a dozen hotels in Kandy, and this was one of my best stays and experiences. I'd send family and friends here, and I'll be back in a month! ♥️

We came as a group of nine, and the stay exceeded all our expectations. The neighborhood felt decent and supportive, and there are lovely views on both sides, a calm spot to sit and take them in. It feels almost like a luxury home. The rooms were extremely clean and the bathrooms tidy. The doctor who owns the place was cooperative and understanding. I genuinely recommend it for a Kandy trip. Ask the proprietor for the correct directions, since there are shorter and longer routes and drivers can mix them up.
