Anoja was the highlight of this stay. She owns and manages the house, and is one of the loveliest, most charming people I've met in Sri Lanka. We talked for hours, and I found her really inspiring. She also made a delicious breakfast, which I had on the porch. The top-floor 360º room was stunning, with breathtaking views of Kandy and the surrounding area. It was modern, very clean, and had great AC. The sunrise and sunset from the room left me speechless. It's a wonderful place to get some rest from Kandy's hustle and bustle. I have no doubt you'd enjoy staying here, and for me it was one of the best experiences in Sri Lanka.

Anoja was so sweet and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We only planned one night in Kandy, but the lovely room and having such a delightful host convinced us to stay another. The room looked out over Kandy and the surrounding mountains in every direction, a serene break from the busy city. I really recommend this homestay.

We planned one night and ended up staying five. The host was wonderful, took care of us like family, and shared lots of useful advice, especially about avoiding tourist-trap scams and tuk tuk drivers. Breakfast was perfect, and the top-floor room felt like a watchtower, with stunning views. It was super clean, well equipped, dry, and airy. The homestay is uphill above the city. Walking down is easy, but coming back up is a hike, so consider taking a tuk tuk. It was one of the best homestays of our whole trip.

Anoja was delightful and incredibly helpful, and the room was amazing. We had an incredible stay at the Views, and I can't recommend it enough. We also took a cooking class with her and made five Sri Lankan dishes, some of the best food we had in Sri Lanka.

I can hardly recommend this place enough. The owner opened her private home to international guests and managed the villa with such care. She made time for me, shared plenty of insider tips, invited me for tea, and prepared a lovely breakfast herself. I hadn't expected such a respectful, charming, educated and cultivated host. Our long conversations were inspiring. Thanks to the whole team. The house was spotless, the garden was thoughtfully designed and looked after, and no detail seemed overlooked. Nothing was defective anywhere. I felt completely comfortable, almost at home. The WiFi was fast and strong. The upstairs room left me speechless. It had a 360° panorama of Kandy and the green mountains, and even the bathroom was part of the room's panorama, which felt really luxurious. I could watch both sunrise and sunset from bed. I fell in love with the view. Booking here made for a unique, completely positive experience.
