10/10
The host was incredibly kind and gave us plenty of freedom. The place felt calm and welcoming, and the cozy rooms were well maintained. For what you pay, the quality is about what you’d expect. The pool is tiny, if it even counts as a pool, but after a few beers we still had a great time in it. We had an amazing time here, so this review may be a bit misleading since it’s based on the fun we had, not the actual quality of the place.

The owner and caretaker let us have lunch with some other family members, and we appreciated being able to check out late. The caretaker seemed grumpy when we arrived, but was much nicer the next day. Maybe he was just in a bad mood, though that’s not the best way to welcome guests at a “resort.” The bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty dirty, and the toilet definitely hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. There was also a strand of hair inside the mini fridge in the “luxury room.”

8/10
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food delicious. We had a pleasant two night stay and appreciated the hospitality. It was disappointing that the tree house had been removed since we’d been looking forward to it. The swimming pool also needed better maintenance, and we couldn’t use it during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, and we liked having a good sense of freedom. The green surroundings were well maintained, the food was great, and the rates were reasonable. It would be even better if the swimming pool were in better condition.

A quiet, simple place with a cool setting and friendly service. The facilities are good, it’s spacious and easy to access, and it’s worth the price.
