Samwill Holiday Resort

The pool access was a real plus, and we found the room very comfortable. The staff were super helpful, too. Samwill Holiday Resort was a lovely, relaxing place to stay, with very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

The owner or manager was rude and scolded us when we simply asked the room price, instead of speaking professionally. We were also charged an unexpected service fee for the room without a proper explanation. That treatment was unacceptable, and the attitude toward guests was the worst part of the experience. Very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, newly built, and had twin beds, but the bed linen hadn't been washed and housekeeping was poor. An army fellow supervises the property, though he seemed to know only about maintaining the garden grass. He didn't know how to speak to guests and had no PR skills. Someone should teach him about hotel maintenance and class.

Guests were treated rudely, as though they weren't welcome. The place had no cleanliness at all, and the facilities were very poor. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom was dirty and unhygienic. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
