Sunil's Jungle Holiday Home is so close to the Yala National Park, and Sunil arranged a very knowledgeable driver and guide for us. The 12 of us had a fabulous ultra-glamping experience, with warm hospitality from Mr and Mrs Sunil Buddhadasa and their staff. There’s easily room for around 15 people.
The only good part of this place was Piyarathna, the caretaker, who made us delicious food and treated us warmly. The rest was awful: the place is poorly maintained, the washrooms aren't proper, the door locks are broken, and the rooms don't feel safe. They charge 6000 a night despite having no facilities, even though nearby places offer proper rooms for similar rates. Not worth even one star, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
