Airport Lounge Hotel

We booked this place just so I could see the aircraft flight path from the balcony. The bed was comfortable enough, but the room and the service were awful. There was nobody at reception when we arrived or at any point during our stay. Black mould covered the walls, bugs were squashed on them, and there were cobwebs everywhere. The floor by both room and bathroom doors looked dirty. An air conditioner spat a cockroach onto the bed beside my partner, and I found and removed another one from the bed. The sheets and bath towel were stained. There was a hole in the wall, another in the bathroom door, loose wiring, and an open fuse box. The balcony had no furniture, its doors didn't shut properly so mosquitoes could get in, and the curtains wouldn't close properly either. The bathroom door didn't shut properly from the outside. The tap was very loose and only gave a trickle of water. There was no toilet paper, no sink plug, and no hand towel. At checkout, we couldn't find anyone, despite calling and shouting. We left the key on the reception desk and tried to catch our train, but every door was locked. Eventually a staff member showed up and let us out. He didn't apologize or acknowledge that we'd been waiting, and seemed not to care when I told him locking all the doors put our safety at risk in an emergency.
