If you like having room to get outdoors, Amora Lagoon is a good option. The garden is large, well kept, and gives the place a peaceful feel. It would suit a small event or family gathering, or even a quiet walk in the evening. It feels calmer and less crowded than a busy city hotel, and being near the airport area is convenient for travelers. I liked the spacious outdoor setting and relaxed atmosphere.

We hosted a family gathering at Amora Lagoon and had a memorable day. The garden gave us a lovely, spacious place to relax and spend time together, and the hotel’s atmosphere suited the occasion perfectly. There was a great range of food, with dishes our whole family enjoyed for their quality and taste. The staff were professional, attentive, and helpful from arrival until we left, making everything run smoothly and keeping us comfortable. Special thanks to Sakya for her exceptional service leading up to and on the event day. We’d happily recommend Amora Lagoon for family occasions or larger gatherings, and look forward to visiting again.

The food was nice, but our first night at Amora Lagoon after our wedding was very uncomfortable. The toilet pressure pump stopped working the next morning and there was no water. After we complained, it was repaired, but later the tap and shower stopped working too, and we had to complain again to get them fixed. There had already been problems the day before, when the hot water wasn’t working. They fixed it after we raised the issue, then we found that the hair dryer was broken as well. We expected better maintenance and a smoother stay, especially on our wedding night.

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant stay, it was well worth the price, and I’d happily visit again.

The buffet was decent and satisfying, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Reception staff gave us a warm welcome and were friendly and helpful, which made check-in pleasant. Some of the other staff could be friendlier and improve their service. Amora Lagoon Hotel is a nice place to stay.
