Euro Star Hotel

I held my mom's birthday party here, and it went really well. The singers did a good job, the food was good, and the helpful manager, "Chandana", was friendly and arranged everything decently. I’d recommend this place for a birthday party.

The location works well for the airport, but the rooms in the budget section were below average. In the evening there was hardly any customer service.

The room smelled terrible and was dirty and poorly maintained. Nothing looked properly cleaned, from the bedding to the bathroom, and basic hygiene seemed to have been overlooked. Parking was badly managed, with no clear directions, and I felt it was unsafe to leave a vehicle there. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in guests. It felt like they cared about couples while ignoring families and solo travelers, despite advertising family rooms. I stayed here last week and regret it. This was one of my worst hotel experiences. It seemed that making money mattered more than comfort or cleanliness. Avoid it, there are better nearby places that value their guests.

Euro star hotel made our wedding day a fantastic experience. We really appreciated the arrangements and service, and Mr.Sajith and Mr.Chandana gave us so much support in making our dream day a success. Thanks as well to Mr.Vikum from the kitchen staff. You’re kind-hearted, and we wish you all the best. Many thanks again to the whole euro star team, and good luck in your future endeavours. Chapa & Viduranga
