Our flight was cancelled unexpectedly, and we were thankful this hotel had a room at short notice and offered us a discounted rate. Unfortunately, the stay was stressful and disappointing, with cleanliness and transfer coordination both falling short. The room was noticeably dirty: beverage stains on the side tables, hair on the floor, papers and trash under the bed, and dirty walls. The sheets had a brownish tint, which made us question whether they had been properly washed. We'd also paid extra for a van to the airport, with an 11 PM arrival promised, but no one showed up. It took several calls before they sent a car instead. There was barely room for our luggage between my wife and me, and then the driver asked us to pay again. We had to explain that the hotel had already been paid in advance. We appreciated the availability and discount, but the poor coordination and lack of cleanliness made the experience a letdown.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with cold AC, and the front desk team and other staff were friendly and helpful. Arranging the shuttle through WhatsApp was easy, and it was ready for our early departure. A great stop before a flight.

It was so quiet and tucked off the main road that I slept perfectly. The rooms have both AC and a fan, so you can set things up to feel comfortable. The food was super tasty; I'd seen complaints about the price, but it seemed pretty standard compared with other hotels. Staff were friendly, greeted me on arrival, and helped me on my way out. No complaints, a great place at the beginning or end of a trip.

The restaurant and cafe are a big plus, especially since they're open 24/7 for late arrivals or early departures when you need a meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is very close to the airport, making transit easy. A very good, comfortable layover stay that I'd highly recommend.

They picked us up at the airport at 2am without charging extra, which was really helpful. It’s only about five minutes away, and we didn’t hear any plane noise. A good option for a very early or late flight.
