The welcome was warm, and the staff member who looked after us cooked a delicious dinner: fish curry for me and chicken curry for my partner. Breakfast was nice too, with plenty of fruit and eggs on toast. We slept really well, thanks to the comfortable bed and working A/C. We’d come back to Kamlos Beach Resort. After a full day on safari, we wanted somewhere quiet near the beach, and this place suited us perfectly. It’s close to both the beach and the national park, and we really appreciated the hospitality. It’s a little way from town, so sort out cash, an ATM, money exchange, or shopping before you arrive. Then you can just enjoy the beach and the waves.

A tucked-away cottage stay among the trees, with spacious washrooms that were well looked after. I’d recommend it for families or solo travellers.

The garden was lovely, full of plants, birdsong, and little sights like the aquarium with exotic fish, turtles, and monitor lizards. You could hear the surf in the distance. It felt like paradise and was a real joy for the soul. The men who cared for us at dinner and breakfast were so kind. We enjoyed the place and their thoughtful care so much, and I wish I could go back, even for just one day. Thank you!!! A few kind words about this place. The service is something you won't forget. The garden was beautiful, with birds singing, an aquarium with exotic fish, turtles, lizards, and so many plants. The distant surf made it feel like a little paradise and a delight for the soul. We got so much pleasure from being there and from the kindness of those wonderful people. I really wish I could return to them for at least a day. Thank you!!!
