The online photos gave a very misleading impression of the hotel. My room was dirty, with sheets that looked used, a bad smell in the bathroom, and basic amenities missing. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, which made the stay frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it and won't be coming back.

We had to pay extra for an “upgraded” room, and even that had used soap in the bathroom and no towels. The staff were dismissive, and the man at the front desk ignored our concerns without offering help. Before that, the first room they assigned us was awful: it smelled terrible, had filthy pillows, and there was a literal rock with standing water in it. It felt more like a cell than a hotel room. No guest should be put in a room like that, but they had no problem giving it to us. The owners and staff treated us with unacceptable disrespect. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Avoid this place.

The facilities made getting around uncomfortable: the staircase is very narrow, the parking area is too small, and the bar right at the entrance feels unwelcoming. It's a non-smoking bar, but there's no designated smoking area anywhere, which is frustrating for guests who smoke. The seating area was dusty, and the toilets were tiny, dusty, and seemed not to have been cleaned properly in a while. The food wasn't delicious, either. Service was poor, and the waiters weren't clean or good at serving. One even carried juice by holding the glass at the mouth without using a tray. Not recommended.

A really nice place to visit. The rooms, service, and location are all good.
