Yala Bay Holiday Resort

The beach is completely empty and only a two-minute walk away, and the hotel has a huge yard with a lovely view from the roof terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was okay and the bed wasn’t too hard. It was mostly clean, though not as clean as other hotels we’ve stayed at in this price range. The bathroom definitely needs renovating, but it was fine for two nights. The nearest town is about 15 minutes away.

From the top floors, the views are best, so I’d book a room up there. The setting was beautiful, calm, and a welcome break from everyday life. The beach was a little rough, but there’s a safe bay nearby where we could enjoy bathing in the water. Room service was average and could use improvement, though the peaceful surroundings more than made up for that. I appreciated the electric fences around the area to help keep guests safe from wildlife. Pay attention to your surroundings and follow the resort’s guidance. It was a memorable, relaxing stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape.

The penthouse has classy facilities and is fascinating. The place sits among a beach and bay, forest, and river, so it suits all kinds of nature lovers. There are free horse rides if you know how to ride, plus chances to take photos with ponies. Part of the property is set aside as a holiday bungalow for Commercial Bank.
